HOW TO USE
Apply twice daily after cleansing with our Deep Cleansing Gel.
Lightly soak a cotton pad with Ultra Hydrating Toner and apply over the entire face (and neck) using gentle upward strokes. Do not rinse. Be gentle when near the nose and mouth. Let the toner air dry and continue with your skincare routine.
